Schleich Goat

Schleich is famous the world over for its finely-detailed hand-painted figurines. Goat 13828 – Complete with the details of a cute beard, horns and udders; this goat is a member of a species that has been a part of human life for almost as long as dogs and sheep. It’s thought that domestic goats were domesticated in the Middle East prior to the 11th century BC. This goat is considered one of the easiest animals to keep. Goats provide meat, leather and milk and – due to their excellent climbing skills – they are mainly kept in mountainous areas.
