These flat building boards from Grimm’s are a great addition to any open-ended play environment. They can be used for balance and construction projects and are helpful in developing fine motor coordination skills. They are a wonderful when accompanied with the super popular Grimm’s rainbow/tunnel and the Grimm’s semi-circles. Check out these wonderful pics which incorporate these products together. There are 11 building boards in the set and all are 0.8cm thick. They range in length from 10 to 37cm. Materials: Alder wood, non-toxic water based colour stain/non-toxic plant based oil finish.

Please note – as Grimm’s use non-lacquered wood, some paint transfer can occur during play. This is considered normal. Non-lacquered wood has a lovely texture; however, if you are concerned about paint transfer we suggest you do not purchase this item.
